Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Fred was an equity trader at Legg Mason. Bair holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Certified Public Accountant designations.

Biografie	Whitney is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price, director of the firm's Quantitative Equity Group and member of the Equity Steering Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1985, Whitney was employed by the Chicago Board of Trade and IBM. Whitney holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
