Biografie	Tawhid Ali was appointed Portfolio Manager of Global and International Value Equities in March 2016 and has also been Portfolio Manager for Global Research Insights since May 2016. Ali was previously a research analyst covering retail and leisure stocks in Europe. Prior to that, he worked for four years as a research analyst covering the utilities, capital equipment, and health and personal-care industries. Before joining the firm in 1997, Aso was a managing consultant at Corporate Directions, Inc. Biografie	Kevin F. Simms Chief Investment Officer—Global/International Value Equities Kevin F. Simms, an AB Partner, was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Global and International Value Equities and chairman of the Global Investment Policy Group in July 2014. He has held the position of Chief Investment Officer of International Value Equities since 2012, after having served as co-CIO since 2003. He was also the Global Director of Value Research from 2000 to 2012. During his tenure as chief investment officer and research director, Simms has been instrumental in implementing significant enhancements to the firm’s cross-border research process. From 1998 to 2000, he served as director of research for Emerging Markets Value Equities. Simms joined the firm in 1992 as a research analyst, and his industry coverage over the next six years included financial services, telecom and utilities. Prior to that, he was a certified public accountant with Price Waterhouse. Simms earned a BSBA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Location: New York

Biografie	Sharon E. Fay was named Head of AllianceBernstein Equities in July 2010. She is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and research activities relating to all growth and value investment portfolios. In addition, Fay serves as CIO of Global Value Equities, overseeing the portfolio management and research activities related to cross-border and non-US value investment portfolios. From 1999 to 2006, she was CIO of European and UK Value Equities, serving as Co-CIO from 2003 to 2006 after being named CIO of Global Value Equities in 2003.

Biografie	Eric J. Franco was appointed Portfolio Manager of Global Real Estate Securities in 2012. He also serves on the portfolio management team for Global and International Value Equities, a position he has held since joining the firm in 1998. Prior to that, Franco was an actuary in the consulting practice at Kwasha Lipton for 16 years, working with large multinationals on the design and funding of their pension and other employee benefits plans. Biografie	Henry D'Auria, CFA is a Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein and has been with the firm since 1991. Mr. D'Auria is the Chief Investment Officer of Emerging Markets Value Equities, a position he has held since 2002, and Portfolio Manager for the Next 50 Emerging Markets Fund. Mr. D'Auria holds a B.A. in economics from Trinity College and is a CFA charterholder.

Biografie	Joseph Gerard Paul was appointed Chief Investment Officer for North American Value Equities in 2009. He has also served as CIO of the Advanced Value Fund since 1999. Paul was previously CIO of Small & Mid-Cap Value (2002–2008) and co-CIO of Real Estate Investments (2004–2008). Additionally, he was director of research for the Advanced Value Fund for two years. In that role, Paul was instrumental in the genesis of the Advanced Value leveraged hedge fund. He joined AB in 1987 as a research analyst covering the automotive industry, and was named to the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team every year from 1991 through 1996. Before joining the firm, Paul worked at General Motors in marketing and product planning. He holds a BS from the University of Arizona and an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. Location: New York

Biografie	Martini is chief investment officer-currency & quantitative strategies of AllianceBernstein with which he has been associated since prior to 2001. Previously, he was named chief international economist and portfolio manager on the international and global value equities team in 1992. He also served as a senior economist since joining Bernstein in 1985. Prior to AllianceBernstein, he conducted economic research and taught at the Institute of Employment Policy at Boston University for three years.
