Cafom – Dividend hoog, rente en koers laag

Every year, around the end of January, the top 30 dividend yields in Europe of the previous year are announced. The top 3 last year consisted of the French Cafom ( Centrale d'Achat Francaise pour l'Outre-Mer Societe Anonyme ) with 19.42%, the second place was occupied by real estate investor Wereldhave (AS: WEHA) with 15.18% and third place was for the international shipping group Euronav (BR: EUAV) from Brussels with 14.46%. This morning, ABM Financial News posted a number of reports regarding the distribution of dividends for this year. For example, ABN AMRO (AS: ABNd) reported that, in line with the recommendations of the European Central Bank, no dividend will be paid until 1 October. Belgian Bpost (BR: BPOST) also responds to the ECB's recommendations and will not pay a final dividend due to the corona virus.

Perhaps it will be interesting for dividend investors to look at the share of last year's frontrunner Cafom, with the ticker symbol CAFO, from a technical point of view. To chart the course of the course, it is best to use the weekly graph because of the small daily volume.
