We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated, results-driven country manager for our French edition to be based in Paris.
Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership of the French website and app.
- Execute the website business plan, achieving traffic and production goals according to specified KPIs, simultaneously supporting revenue streams.
- Manage the website team (content, SMO and operations) by monitoring team production output in terms of quantity and quality.
- Train and instruct team on operational systems and day to day site management routine.
- Maximise traffic performance by integrating coherent SEO, SMO and content activities.
- Work closely with business development, marketing and revenue managers to promote partnerships, strategic deals, branding activities and web tools.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments at HQ (SEO, SMO, marketing and product.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as an International Website manager in the financial markets.
- Proficient English.
- Experience in managing all operational aspects of a website and app, including media selling, business development, SEO, SMO and content.
- Effective people manager.
- Adept in monitoring and analysing traffic.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and digital performance activities.
- Knowledge of SEO and SMO.
- Business and goal oriented.
